On bash day, type the winning ticket number against the draw. The app finds who bought that ticket and shows you the name before anything is saved, so you can check it against the stub in your hand.
If the number was never sold for this event, it says so and records nothing. That usually means the number was misheard — check it and try again.
Got one wrong? Type the right number over it. The correction is saved the same way and the old one is kept in Merge History.
The monitor in the hall reads the same list and refreshes itself, so a winner appears there a few seconds after you save it. Nothing else about the customer ever reaches that screen — only the time, the prize, the ticket number and the name.
Set up the schedule before the day. Every draw needs a time and a prize. You can add, edit, reorder and remove them until the first one is drawn.
▾ Draw Schedule
The board is three blocks. Put each draw in the block it belongs to and they appear in this order on the monitor. Winners already entered are kept.

▾ Find Duplicates
▸ How this works
Scan looks for customers who might be the same person and lists them in groups. It only makes suggestions. It never merges anything by itself.
Tick the records that really are the same person. If you are not sure about one, leave it unticked.
The first record you tick is the one that is kept. The others fold into it, and their tickets move over to it.
If two records disagree — say they have different addresses — you will be asked which one is right. Pick the correct one.
Careful with shared phone numbers. A husband and wife, or a parent and child, often use the same number. The same phone does not mean the same person. If the names are different, they are probably two different people. Do not merge them.
Dismiss hides a suggestion so it stops coming back. Restore brings it back if you change your mind.
Every merge can be undone in Merge History. The person comes back, and so do their tickets.
Select records to merge, pick the best data for each field.
Full Backup
▸ How this works
This downloads one spreadsheet file with everything in it — customers, tickets, check-ins, events and raffles, each on its own tab.
The file opens in Excel or Google Sheets. You do not need this app to read it.
Download a copy before you merge anything. If something ever goes wrong, that file is what you go back to.
Downloading is completely safe. It only reads your records — nothing in the app changes, and nobody else is affected.
Download every record as one spreadsheet — customers, tickets, check-ins, events, raffles. Organized for manual use if the app is ever retired.
Merge History ▶
Every merge and edit is recorded. Merges can be undone — the removed person and their tickets come back.
▾ Data Flags
▸ How this works
Run Checks looks through the customer list for records that might need tidying up. A flag means “worth a look” — not that something is broken.
What you will see, and what usually fixes it:
Phone has 11 digits — nearly always a 1 typed on the front. Take the 1 off.
Single word name — usually a first or last name is missing. Add the rest of the name.
No address — very common, and often perfectly fine. Only fill it in if you know it.
No phone — same thing. Leave it if you do not have one.
Extra spaces — a stray space before or after the name. Retype it.
Tap a name to open the edit form and fix it right there.
Use Dismiss for records that are already correct as they are — a business with a one-word name, for example. Dismissed records stop showing up in the list.
Check for bad phone numbers, missing info, and incomplete records.
▾ Fix City/State/Zip
▸ How this works
Some customer records have the whole location sitting in the City box — like “Wardensville, WV 26851” — instead of City, State and Zip in their own boxes. This happened when the customer list was rebuilt; nobody did anything wrong.
Download a Full Backup before you use this. It takes a few seconds and it is your way back if anything looks wrong afterwards.
Preview shows you every record it wants to change, with the before and after side by side. It changes nothing. Read the list.
When the list looks right, Apply makes the changes. Only the records you just previewed are touched.
Records it is not sure about are listed separately at the bottom and are left alone — for example if the State box already says something different. Fix those by hand from the customer’s record.
Every change is written to Merge History with the old values, the same as any edit you make by hand.
Splits “City, ST 12345” stuck in the City box into the right columns. Preview first — nothing changes until you apply.
▾ Duplicate Ticket Numbers
▸ How this works
Two rows with the same ticket number means one paper ticket got recorded twice. This finds them for the event you are on and shows you both rows side by side, with who entered each one and when.
Scan only looks. It changes nothing and deletes nothing — deciding which row to keep is yours, and you do it in the sheet.
It matches numbers the way the app now does, so 42 and 042 count as the same ticket even if they were typed differently.
It also shows where the event’s tickets came from, so you can square the totals: entries by each seller, and anything brought in by an import.
The bin button beside a row deletes that one ticket. It asks first, naming the ticket number and the buyer, and it tells you if a check-in is riding on that number. The whole row is saved to Merge History before it goes, and there is a Put back button there if you change your mind. Take a Full Backup before a clear-up session all the same.
Finds any ticket number recorded more than once for this event. Looks only — nothing is changed.
▾ Import Paper Tickets
▸ How this works
Tickets sold on paper get written down in a separate spreadsheet. This brings them into the app so they show up in your totals and on check-in day.
Download a Full Backup before you apply an import. It takes a few seconds and it is your way back if anything looks wrong afterwards.
Paste the link to the paper sheet and pick which event the tickets belong to. The sheet needs the ticket number in the first column and the buyer’s name in the second. A street address in the third and a “Town, ST 12345” in the fourth are used if they are there, and skipped if they are not.
Preview reads both sheets and shows you exactly what it would do — how many tickets, which buyers are already customers, and which customers it would create. It changes nothing. Read the numbers.
When the numbers look right, Apply writes them in. Only what you just previewed gets written; if anything changed in either sheet in the meantime it stops and asks you to preview again.
Buyers are matched by name only. Spelling, spacing and capital letters can differ, but nothing else is ever used to decide two people are the same — not a phone number, not an address, not a name that is merely close. An existing customer’s record is only read, never changed.
If two customers already share a name, the app will not pick one for you. Those tickets are listed separately and left out — enter them by hand so the right person gets them.
Running the same import twice is safe. Ticket numbers already recorded for that event are skipped and counted for you, so nothing lands twice.
The whole import is written to Merge History — the counts, every ticket number, and the customers it created — under your PIN.
Brings paper-sold tickets in from another spreadsheet. Preview first — nothing changes until you apply.
